AllPawHub — Location-first Pet Super App
Pet life in one app — find places nearby, talk with neighbors, buy what you need. From planning to store release in two and a half months.

Background
Finding a vet or groomer nearby, asking other owners a question, and buying what you need were spread across different services. AllPawHub joins them into one path: find it on the map, talk about it in the community, buy what you need.
What it does
- Records — pet profiles, growth tracking, and a care calendar the whole family manages together
- Health — enter symptoms to get an urgency assessment and a summary to bring to the vet
- Map — vets, grooming, hotels, and cafés with receipt-verified prices, plus shelter-animal and lost-pet reports
- Walks & community — track walks, and talk with neighbors in feeds, boards, and clubs
- Connection — 1:1 and group chat, voice and video calls, and an AI assistant
- Adoption & care — public shelter data, adoption applications, and neighborhood sitting matches
How it was built
The web, iOS, and Android apps were developed together and launched on all three channels at once. Four languages are supported: Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese.
Engineering behind it
From planning to store release took two and a half months. A small team built a service spanning about 280,000 lines and 161 screens. It is the same development approach honed on the logistics systems, applied to a consumer product.
