Extended the in-house engineering built in logistics into consumer services.
- Launched AllPawHub, a pet super app, on the web, the App Store, and Google Play — two and a half months from planning to release
- Began building and operating Ranmeet AI, an AI social app

Automated cutting stations
Designed and built our own cutting-automation machines and put them on the floor.
- Designed and built semi-automatic feeding-and-cutting stations in-house
- ERP-connected — the system dispatches jobs, tracks machine status in real time, and rolls out improvements remotely

In-house ERP development begins
Started building an ERP that joins fulfillment, HR, finance, and sales into one system — the company runs on it today.
- One system covering outbound and inventory, attendance and payroll, e-contracts, and marketplace operations
- A development cycle that ships floor requests the same day
- A system grown to 270,000 lines, built and run end to end by a small team

Dasan Fulfillment Center
Incorporation · fulfillment operations begin
Incorporated STATIONON and took over the operation of a fashion-fabric commerce fulfillment center in Dasan.
- Standardized the logistics processes and built the operating system of the floor
- Absorbed the client's in-house logistics team and unified all inbound/outbound volume at the Dasan center
- Cut logistics labor cost to under a third of what it was
