StationOn ERP — Fulfillment, HR, and Sales in One System
Outbound and inventory, attendance, payroll, contracts, and marketplace operations — one system runs it all. Nothing off the shelf fit fabric logistics, so STATIONON built its own.

Background
Running a fulfillment center takes a lot of tools, and none of them matched how fabric logistics actually works. So STATIONON built its own. Each gap on the floor became software, one piece at a time, until fulfillment, HR, finance, and sales all lived in one system. The company runs on it today.
What it does
Fulfillment
- The full flow — cutting prep, packing, rack storage, outbound, and returns — managed in one place
- Boxes and packages tracked with barcode/QR labels, with turnover and coverage statistics
- Connected to the in-house automated cutting stations — from cutting order to outbound, it's the same data
- Repetitive work like courier booking and waybill issuing runs automatically
HR & finance
- Attendance verified by GPS and network, with payroll, severance, and wage ledgers calculated automatically
- Leave accrued monthly, with requests, approvals, and balances managed in one place
- E-signature contracts with archiving, plus cash-flow and repayment tracking
Sales & catalog
- Marketplace listings, inventory, orders, returns, settlements, and inquiries handled in one system
- Product detail pages generated automatically, with AI-generated product imagery
- A public fabric-search site for customers runs on the same system

- Every change passes security scans and automated tests before deployment
Engineering behind it
The system spans about 270,000 lines of code, 159 tables, and 107 admin screens. A small team handles everything from development to operations. Since November 2025 it has logged 434 releases. When the floor process changes, the system changes the same day.
It is built on Ruby on Rails and Vue, with a multi-tenant architecture designed to run more than one business on one system.
