STATIONON runs the entire fabric-logistics flow at SwatchOn's fulfillment center in Dasan, Namyangju.

• Cutting prep → cutting → packing → boxing → rack storage → outbound

The relationship

SwatchOn is a B2B fabric commerce company that sells Korean mill fabrics to brands worldwide. STATIONON operates its logistics under contract.

• SwatchOn is the only shipper STATIONON handles — no outside clients
• The site and its equipment belong to SwatchOn; STATIONON brings the operation and the systems
• Two companies on paper, one logistics team in practice

Why it's different

• One team runs the floor and builds the system. When the process changes, the ERP changes the same day
